Patrik Stedt

Patrik is a multidisciplinary strategist who designs the growth architecture and digital frameworks Blueprint's client systems are built upon. His background spans two decades of founding and operating businesses across Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Mexico, a trajectory that shaped how he approaches digital infrastructure: as a business operator solving structural problems, not a service provider executing tasks.

Before Blueprint, Patrik held senior leadership roles within the luxury beverage and hospitality sectors, ranging from regional brand activation for Rémy Cointreau to Chief Marketing Officer for a large-scale experience-driven operation in Los Cabos. These roles required the management of complex, multi-departmental systems where marketing, sales, and operations had to converge under a single strategy.

At Blueprint, Patrik translates client objectives into integrated digital systems. His work focuses on the intersection of campaign strategy, technical development, and AI-powered automation. He is the primary architect for lead generation frameworks and content production pipelines, remaining hands-on through every stage of execution. He bridges the gap between high-level business goals and the technical workflows required to reach them.

His value to Blueprint is the ability to maintain alignment across disciplines. By understanding both the creative and technical requirements of a project, he eliminates the friction that occurs when strategy and production are siloed. If a system creates misalignment between what a client needs and what gets built, the architecture is wrong.

Perla is a Software Engineer who designs and builds the technical foundation that Blueprint's client systems run on. Her background spans full-stack development (Python, Node.js, React, MySQL), four years leading IT and digital marketing operations across 120+ ad accounts, and hands-on implementation of the automation infrastructure that turns strategy into measurable results.

At Blueprint, Perla architects the CRM systems, custom AI tools, and agent pipelines that power both client deliverables and agency operations. She designs multi-agent systems for content automation, lead qualification, and workflow orchestration. Her integration work connects GoHighLevel, n8n, Retell AI, and custom-built platforms into systems that operate without manual intervention.

Her engineering background gives Blueprint a capability most agencies outsource. When a client workflow needs a custom solution, Perla builds it from scratch. When an existing tool needs to behave differently, she makes it. The result is infrastructure that fits the business precisely rather than forcing the business to fit the tool.

Her design standard is consistent: a system only succeeds if the people operating it adopt it without friction. If the workflow requires explanation, it needs to be rebuilt.

Simon Cross

Simon is a broadcast television producer who applies twenty years of national and international production experience, across the BBC, ITV, and Channel 4, to commercial content built for performance. In broadcast, every editorial decision serves a defined narrative outcome. Simon brings that same structural discipline to business content, with one significant shift in objective: the goal is not storytelling for its own sake, but measurable action.

At Blueprint, Simon designs and produces content systems rather than individual deliverables. Each project begins with a defined objective, a mapped audience, and a structured production pipeline from pre-production through to platform distribution. Content is built in variations, tested against real performance data, and refined iteratively.
