Patrik Stedt
Patrik is a multidisciplinary strategist who designs the growth architecture and digital frameworks Blueprint's client systems are built upon. His background spans two decades of founding and operating businesses across Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Mexico, a trajectory that shaped how he approaches digital infrastructure: as a business operator solving structural problems, not a service provider executing tasks.
Before Blueprint, Patrik held senior leadership roles within the luxury beverage and hospitality sectors, ranging from regional brand activation for Rémy Cointreau to Chief Marketing Officer for a large-scale experience-driven operation in Los Cabos. These roles required the management of complex, multi-departmental systems where marketing, sales, and operations had to converge under a single strategy.
At Blueprint, Patrik translates client objectives into integrated digital systems. His work focuses on the intersection of campaign strategy, technical development, and AI-powered automation. He is the primary architect for lead generation frameworks and content production pipelines, remaining hands-on through every stage of execution. He bridges the gap between high-level business goals and the technical workflows required to reach them.
His value to Blueprint is the ability to maintain alignment across disciplines. By understanding both the creative and technical requirements of a project, he eliminates the friction that occurs when strategy and production are siloed. If a system creates misalignment between what a client needs and what gets built, the architecture is wrong.
